Abstract (EN)

As a consequence of culturel evolution, several social institutions that are pruduct of human action but not human design, enable social cooperation and interaction on the societal level. For instance, lenguage, price mechanism, law are these kind of social institutions. Friedrich von Hayek names them as spontaneous orders. The main claim concerning spontaneous orders is, these social institutions are self-generating systems without any central planning. The concept of spontaneous order was first developed by Scottish Enlightenment philosophers like David Hume, Adam Smith, Adam Ferguson. In the 19th and 20th century, the writers as Carl Menger, Hayek, Ludwig von Mises have revived this concept in the classical liberal tradition. Spontaneous order concept is important in terms of studying self-generated social institution in peaceful, civil and free political systems.
