Abstract (EN)

The main objective of this study; The concept of social responsibility in the housing sector is a major breakthrough in recent years, corporate social responsibility project is to examine the effects of consumer-based brand image. For this purpose the members of the Chamber of Civil Engineers, a total of 249 people selected by random sampling method among individuals who have made a purchase of residential construction companies were included in the study. inventory used in the data collection phase of the survey Consumer Based Brand Scale, Corporate Social Responsibility is a personal information form that is produced by the scale and researchers. The data compiled in the research framework has been subjected to analysis by SPSS program 23:00. According to findings of study there are relationships between corporate social responsibility policy and consumer perception of brand value. According to these findings with the consumer based brand equity, economic, ethical, and volunteer responsibilities in the same way; There are legal responsibilities for relations with the opposite direction.
