Abstract (EN)

Although the severity of the COVİD-19 outbreak varies from time to time, it has affected large masses all over the world. Healthcare professionals have experienced the positive and negative effects of the events they have experienced and witnessed under the increasingly harsh working conditions with the extraordinary measures taken. The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the COVĠD-19 epidemic on the employees of the Family Health Centers within the primary care services. According to the results of the research, when the response to the pandemic is examined, it has been observed that as the perceived stress level increases, the concern of healthcare professionals for their own health increases and they perceive the epidemic as if they have been living for that long. This feeling of living as if there is an epidemic is both triggered by perceived stress and increases the level of stress. Although they work closely with patients and carry a high health risk, it has been found that the emotional and psychological impact of the epidemic, not the health and economic effects, is the determining factor in the recall processes. In the light of the findings presented, it points out the importance of intervention and support plans to increase the psychological resources of healthcare professionals, especially considering the relationship between the level of psychological impact and their ability to remember and cope with the effects of the pandemic. 75 people participated in the survey applied in the research. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS 24 program.
