Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to investigate the relati-onship between left atrial appendage (LAA) morphology and Coronary Artery Disease Reporting and Data System (CAD-RADS) using Coronary Computed Tomography Angiography (CTA). A total of 211 patients, 103 men and 108 women, were included in the study. CAD-RADS, LAA morphology, volume, and ostium diameter of the pa-tients were calculated using a custom workstation (GE, Advantage Workstation 5, USA). Of 211 patients, 84 (39.8%) Cactus, 64 (30.3%) Chinckenwing, 36 (17.1%) Cauliflower, 17 (8.1%) Windsock and 9 (4.3%) Seahorse atrial morphology were de-tected. In addition, the CAD-RADS scores were 0 for 30 (14.2%), 1 for 54 (25.5%), 2 for 58 (27.4%), 36 for 3 (17%), 27 (12.7%) for 4, and 6 (2.8%) for 5 patient was pre-sent. No significant correlation was found between the LAA morphology of the pati-ents and the CAD-RADS categories (p=0.62). No correlation was found with coronary artery disease due to LAA morphology and CAD-RADS score. Key Words: Left atrial appendage, CAD-RADS, morphology
