Abstract (EN)
Welding as one of the joint methods of today has a wide range of application as a method of joint during several stages of manufacture as well as a frequently used system during maintenance and repair works.Although many different implementation routes were developed from the date it is first explored up to date, MIG-MAG Shielded Inert Gas Welding Method has a more common use than other methods because of endless welding wire use capacity, being mechanized, easy to carry welding under all positions etc.The deposition rate of electrode through the welding region should be selected at an optimum level since it would affect some variables like the heat to be implied to the materials to be jointed, the amount of deposit wire and penetration.While fusion process is carried, with the energy implied to the components to be jointed deposit material also used to have the pieces as a unique component. Therefore, it is necessary to apply energy to the components as intense as possible. The carried studies have shown that the intensity of the energy can be increased by cooling the arc.During the first stage of my study, the influence of welding speed on penetration and influence of cooling the gas passing around the arc on penetration and during the second stage the penetration amounts resulted by application of welding with water cooled nozzle and without water cooling were investigated in detail on the sample with unopened welding outlet.
