Comparision of writers perspection of teachers phenomenon graduated from village instutues and other instutues (1950-1960)

In this study, it is tried to determine the teacher's phenomenon in novels between 1950-1960 years which have taken the subject of the teacher, written by graduated from village insitutes authors and non-village institutional authors. Educational and training process is based on study with reference to the general structure and training perion of village institutes. It is aimed to compare the perspective of teacher's phenomenon both authors who graduated fron village institutes and non-village institutes authors. After the novels that are subject to the study are determined; three novels (Bizim Köy, Köye Gidenler, Sarı Traktör) belonging to institute writers and three novels (Karapürçek, Havada Bulut Yok, Alinin Biri) belonging to non-institutional writers have been analyzed and generalization has been made on the facts of the teachers in the novels with the help of the obtained inferences. It is detected that teachers have similar properties in the sense of idealist, social and intellectual teacher's phenomenon and they have differences in terms of their environment, their views on life and their approach to social values in village institutes' authors and non-institutional authors' novels. It is observed that institute teachers are more successful than non-institutional teachers are able to integrate with villages and villagers; but they were found to be unsuccessful in their ability to match the spiritual values of the villagers according to the non-institutional teachers.
