Abstract (EN)

Epics allow us to evaluate the period in which they were written from many aspects such as social, cultural, economic and political. Since they provide a wide range of subjects, epics are widely used in studies. The Turkish world, on the other is very rich in terms of epic diversity. The Kyrgyz people, one of the peoples of the Turkic world and having great importance in terms of epic diversity, did not content themselves with the epic of Manas and created many more epics. These epics, which are shorter than Manas, are quite dense in terms of subject, content and meaning. In our study, we examined the Kyrgyz epics Kurmanbek, Seyitbek, Güldana, Askazan Baatır, Canış Bayış, Er Soltonoy, Boston, Coodarbeşim, Kocacaş, Manas, Eşimkul menen Zuura, Bagış and Kız Darıyka wıch are among the Kyrgyz epics, were examined. In the study, the addresses and titles in the epics were examined. The purpuse of our study of epics, which are of great importance in terms of Kyrgyz peoples and culture, is to have information about the Kyrgyz people. For this purpose, is started with writing summaries of epics. At the same time, addresses and titles are presented comparatively to reveal similarities with Turkey Turkish.
