Although old Uyghur Turkish is the continuation of the Köktürkçe there are some differences because of the different cultural environment. This differences can be defined as the chancing philosophies and the cultural outputs. The differences of language construction and the expression styles have an important role in having a productive literature of old Uyghur Turkish.Kşanti Kılguluk Nom Bitig which is one of the Uygur Turkish period works is about confession. The work is a repenting petition which asks God for forgiveness not only present life but also past and future lives.This study consist of intruction, analysis, text and index. The information about Uyghur period works are given in the introduction. The appendixes in the work are studied with a classification as suffixes and affixes. The text is given in the fifth parth of our work. The meanings of the words in the text are given in the index.
