Abstract (EN)
In this master thesis which consists of two chapters, the relationship between quadratic forms, which is one of the important subjects of number theory, and modular forms, one of the popular subjects of recent years, is studied. In the first part, quadratic forms are introduced and their basic properties are given. In the second part, is divided into theta series of quadratic forms, which is an interesting example of modular form, and some 3/2 Hecke eigenforms, which are special modular forms corresponding to certain elliptic curves, are expressed in terms of the base elements of their vector spaces.
