Abstract (EN)
In the first chapter of this study, small area techniques and necessary formulas have been introduced. In the second chapter the basic assumptions of composite synthetic estimators which are methods of small area techniques have been explained. Inroducing four different composite synthetic estimators one of them has been discussed theoretically. In the last chapter, by using census data, four different composite synthetic estimators have .been applied and the one which is better suited for census data has been determined.
