Abstract (EN)

ERP system, as it is known as Enterprise Resource Planning, is an information system which considers all the activities of an enterprise in an integrated structure and provides meaningful outputs from the inputs of these activities. Nowadays, ERP systems are being used by many big firms. Unfortunately, ERP systems could not be widely used by small to medium enterprises due to their expensiveness. However, information technology products are becoming cheaper and cheaper recently. Thus, small to medium enterprises have the capabilities of purchasing core ERP system modules. On the other hand, the usage of ERP systems by small to medium enterprises are not very common. One of the main reasons of its limited usage is the lack of simple structured ERP systems which have principal functionalities in software world. In this thesis, a basic structured ERP system, which is working on stock base and arranging purchasing and selling activities of small to medium enterprises is designed. Oracle 10 g database is used in this design. Oracle Developer software is used as user interface. The prepared software can be considered as a logistic stock tracking system or as a module of a large scaled ERP system to be developed in future.
