Abstract (EN)

Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) systems are so important information system applications for the enterprises that try to strengthen their competition energy over the national and international frame in globalling knowledge economy. As we know enterprise resource planning systems are the last point within the production planning systems like Materials Requirements Planning(MRP), Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRPII) and among the important functions of the enterprises like marketing, production, finance, accounting, logistic information integration is provided besides considerable competitive advantages is achieved due to operational activities that get strong. ERP systems are so important for modern enterprises which want both adaptation and administration. The ERP software act like a catalyzer for this system however application part of this software is so laborious and high priced, consequently these applications are so critical for the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises(SMEs) . SMEs should specify a lot issues such as which software company and package will be choosen, how the application costs will be managed, how the project management will be done. They must answer this question pre-implementation phase and make their plan within an effective methodology. With this study, tried to explain important of ERP system application in the SMEs and tried to accentuate critical points of this applications. At the final section, ERP system of Hakkı Usta Company is a SME is be investigated for arrived a model that successfull ERP implementation at the SME?s.
