Abstract (EN)

This thesis, investigates soft power and the Republic of Turkey regarding this context it is being administered to Kazakhstan international education studies historical developments, which are known as an important concept in these days, bilateral links, include the examination occurring in terms of cultural and foreign policy values. The concept of soft power and cultural diplomacy, but the content of the thesis defined together in a comprehensive manner, particularly increasing Turkey's educational projects for Kazakhstan in recent years, it has been evaluated in the context of cultural diplomacy. It also examines the product in the form of a foreign policy international educational activities of public institutions and organizations in Turkey. Public institutions that carry out international educational and cultural activities in Turkey; Turkey Cooperation and Coordination Agency, the Turkish Speaking Countries Cooperation Council, Turkish Academy of Turkish Speaking Countries Parliamentary Assembly, Yunus Emre Institute, Foreign Turks and Related Communities Presidency, TURKSOY examined in a comprehensive manner and activities described and cultural diplomacy concept of international education. It has been suggested that their activities are interrelated. In addition, ongoing cooperation in education and culture is another important aspect of relations between the two countries. Hoca Ahmet Yesevi International Turkish-Kazakh University established in Central Turkistan has an extremely important function.
