Abstract (EN)

This Study which has been carried out under the name of ?Dialect Spoken in İmamsahip District of Kunduz Province? as the Master?s Degree Thesis has used and taken the colloquial language of Uzbeks who live at the geography of Kunduz Province, İmamsahip District as the basis. The present Study is composed of the sections of preamble, examination, conclusion, texts and glossary. At the section of Preamble in addition to the information given about geographical position, landforms (surface features), historical and sociologic condition of the district, etymological characteristics of words ?kunduz? and ?imamsahip? have been also underlined. The examination and study section of the thesis consists of two subtitles, i.e. Phonetics and Morphology. At the section of Phonetics each and every voice has been defined; consonances and sound events have been studied. Under the section of Morphology however derivational affixes, inflections, adverbs and prepositions have been introduced. The subjects which were determined at the both sections have been supported with examples from the compiled texts. At the section of Conclusion significant determinations in terms of phonologic and morphologic structure of the dialect which is studied by us have been listed in the order of the subject headings. At the section of Bibliography identifications of the works of art and studies which are used in the course of carrying out the present Research have been listed. We have made visits personally to villages of İmamsahip and we have compiled sounds previously from people of these villages whose dialects were different from one another in terms of characteristics of language. At the section of Texts however such sounds/voices which were compiled have been typewritten on the basis of transcription fonts proposed by TDK for studies on dialects. Making also additions to these signs when it was necessary, seventy A4 pages of material have been prepared. At the section of Glossary however dictionary of the text used as the material of study has been given. About one thousand of words complete with their repetitions have been arranged in alphabetical order. In the first line are given the words, in the second line reference of sentence in the text, in the third line variants and in the last line however their meaning of the current Turkish Language is given.Key Words:1.
