Abstract (EN)

The process of globalization, has been one of the much debated subject by academical and political environments nowadays. The globalization that has been gathered speed by information technology; is couched as economic, social, technological, cultural and global integration in the point of political angle, integration, gaing of solidarity and planning of economy in accordance with international scale.In this master thesis has been evaluated the globalization process of employment and labor market influences that has a power and dimention effect all the world not local or regional limited areas. In this context before all else at the first chapter has been examined the positive and negative ways of globalization fact by taking into account of historical progress of it. At the second chapter has been emphasized the progress of globalization that caused the effect on the labor and has been examined the work, workforce structure has been causes by globalization process. Varying labor, conditions the reason of global unemployment. 21. century?s booming technologies, computer and internet network has been higlighted the information society and increased the human capital. At the third chapter while has been examined the human capital and information society?s place in this globalization world the foreign investments in which international planned scale of economy, pirivatizations, consolidation of firms?s effect on employment has been mentioned. Also at the third chapter has been displayed the size and ways of effect caused by globalization employment and unemployment in some coutry grups the E.U. and Turkey. The progress of globalization whether contribute to the creation of work and the labor force which has to the creation of work and the labor force which has been evolved? Otherwise globalization progress is one of the reasons of all the world cuntries common problem of unemployment? That answers has been looked.
