This model refers to improving skills and competence of logistics labor in the line of managerial and educational measures. Perfection and competence of logistics labor skills to be created in five areas within the frame of proposed model will provide advantage for logistics companies in competitive power elements; market domination, customer satisfaction, growing capacity and value-added brand.
