Abstract (EN)
Nowadays economic, social and cultural developments abolish international boundaries and cause changes in international competition. And this requires the interprises to adapt themselves to these changes. Changes in international competition affect large scole as well as small and medium sized enterprises. Therefore small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) should keep up with this change. In order to remain standing, to grow and to get continuity in this hard comptition environment; SMEs should be globalized.SMEs and economies weak in those relations are in difficulty of finding solutions to the unemployment, export, development and production. That is why the SMEs are supported and sponsored by the government to help their development.The rivalry case that was dense after the globalization and by the effect of the new conditions of the economy standing on information caused the SMEs that have an importance in the economy to get attraction.
