Abstract (EN)
In this study; the decision support characteristics of enterprise resourceplanning systems have been investigated by analyzing data obtained from 50 firms inTurkey. For this purpose, the decision support characteristics present in the enterpriseresource planning systems and the features which are required are identified. Thenregarding the present situation of the decision support characteristics at enterpriseresource planning systems and the features needed, the differences based on the firmsinvolved, the duration of use, and the position of the people who participated in thisstudy have been analyzed.Key Words: Enterprise Resource Planning, Management, Decision Support.
