Abstract (EN)

Indirectly, as a result of the economic crisis, but effective use of resources at institutions gained importance due to budget cuts and the need for all business groups revealed themselves re-structuring. Information Systems initial response to the global level towards the middle of 2000 years, Virtual Systems (Virtual Machine), which adds that the physical transport of the IT systems and virtual environments on a physical system showed that to use many virtual systems. The solution to the problems of global warming due to the cost of electricity as well as on labor and savings institutions have ensured that the hardware size. Today, information technology IASS (Infrastructure as a Service) technology as a passing cloud, hardware, storage and server resources are managed via web interfaces, has become widespread for. By the payment of a fee to use cloud technology, use of certain costs and that these costs are constantly institutions do not want to keep private and confidential company information, external servers, whether they are sufficient in terms of performance on the most important considerations, emphasizes the need to evaluate this technology. In this study, the most important technologies in the cloud with Amazon EC2 cloud service provider, Flexiscale, and the results of performance evaluations Rakspace platforms, performance tests comparing the means of the same test to the local cloud platform, and local agencies for the use of cloud technology intended to appear as a more robust service.
