Abstract (EN)

The main aim of this study is to investigate the effects of corporate social responsibility practices and social responsibility oriented human resources management practices on organizational identification levels of employees by creating a model. In this context, the data obtained from 207 people working in organizations operating in various sectors in Ankara and Istanbul were evaluated within the scope of tests and models developed through SPSS and AMOS package programs. Firstly factor analysis was conducted for the mentioned variables and then the effects on the dependent variable were statistically tested with structural equation modeling within the scope of impact analysis. According to the findings of the research, corporate social responsibility practices (economic, legal, ethical and voluntary) of enterprises and HRM practices focused on corporate social responsibility have a positive effect on the organizational identification levels of employees. Accordingly, it is understood that corporate social responsibility practices have a higher level of impact on organizational identification levels of employees compared to social responsibility-oriented HRM practices.
