Abstract (EN)

In recent years, the wide variations and the changing competition approaches has seeked corporations to searching new management approaches. This study focuses on the stakeholder approach one of the management understanding. The stakeholder approach regards every one those who has been affected directly or indirectly the activities of administrations as its stakeholders and argues that a healthy management could be provided only through respecting all the stakeholders? interest. The approaches of corporate governments taking the stakeholder into consideration is called ?the stakeholder model of corporate government.? In today?s world where the competition is growing rapidly the administrations should attach much importance to the interest groups affected by the activities of administrations. The stakeholder approach, suggested for this purpose, has suggested many practical methods for the process during which the administrations take decisions. The purpose of this thesis is to feasibility of stakeholder approach as a model of corporate governance newly practiced concept in Turkey- in public and private sector and to make necessary suggestions for establishment of the concept in hospital. In this study,questionaire is applied to the employee,an internal stakeholder , in public and private hospitals, and the approach of hospital administration to the employee is evaluated. According to the results of investigation, private hospital applications are more successful in stakeholder approach
