Abstract (EN)
This study is based on 300 rodent specimens collected from Kütahya province between2004 and 2006. Age determination of the specimens was done and only the adult specimenswere evaluated. In the study area,12 specimens which belongs to 10 genera; Sciurus anomalus,Cricetulus migratorius, Microtus arvalis, Microtus guentheri, Meriones tristrami, Nannospalaxleucodon, Rattus rattus, Mus domesticus, Apodemus mystacinus, Apodemus sylvaticus, Dryomysnitedula, Allactaga williamsi were determined. These above indicated species, with theexception Sciurus anomalus, Meriones tristrami and Allactaga williamsi, are recorded for thefirst time in the researes area. Diagnostic characters, habitat, fur colour and measurement relatedto the species were recorded.Key Words: Rodentia, Taksonomy, Habitat, Kutahya Province, Turkey.
