Abstract (EN)

In recent years, composites, an engineering material, have been used widely in space, plane and automotive industries, which require high ratio of light/resistance. Composites are becoming more important day by day, because composites are lighter than steel, more resistant than aluminum and also have higher corrosion resistance. The aim of this project is to find out , employability of the box beams as a main frame in overhead crane which are made of pultureted ?Double T? glass fiber reinforced profile, marin plywood and connected with screw and screw pin. In numeric and experimental studies, dynamic shear stresses of beams are tried to be findout, under defined motion load, for the simply supported box beam configuration. In numeric studies, beams have been modeled in Unigraphics (Version 3.0). AnsysWorkbench (Version 11.0) has been used in finite element modeling and behaviors of this system has been monitored under RecurDyn ( Version 7.0) At this study results of secure elasticity ratio on beams were noted and determined as ?length of beam /1000?.At this research, CTP profiles are classified as EN23 under EN13706 category and E-glass was made of fiber and polyester. As plywood material classification, values F 50/30 E100/70, marin plywood, which was produced by phenol formaldehyde glue, was preferred. Results from numeric and experimental analysis can be found at the conclusion of this study.
