Abstract (EN)

For a long time, there existed many arguments on the logic. The most argued aspect on such problems of the logic has been the comparison and its value. There three kinds of reasoning: Deduction, induction and analogy. The classic logic mainly uses deduction as the style of reasoning. The most important part of deduction is comparison. Induction and analogy, the other reasoning forms, are not valued in the logic much. Comparison was valued since Aristotle to the New Age and used extensively. In the New Age, it was objected that i t is not suff icient for the sciences. Bacon, Descartes and Mi l l are among those objecting i t. Their common objection to comparison: The result is hidden in the great proposi tion, so comparison is Peti t io principi i . Even i f they are right in some of their objections, i t is known that comparison has three important functional i ty: investigation, proving and explanation. Even i f the objections disqual i f ies the first two of them, i t can not remove the duty of explanat ion.
