This current is dealing with the real and the unreal in harmony allows oppressed and uprooted societies to reinvent themselves by discovering their origins. Tahar Ben Jelloun a French writer of Moroccan origin, builds his romantic universe rich in fantastic elements, merging his Eastern cultural heritage with the mythical heritage of the Occident.
