Abstract (EN)
Our working life is based on ever-changing data and a desire to grow. The realization of this desire and development requires enormous technologies or excellent capabilities. But what is really needed is forgotten communication between gigantic technologies and excellent capabilities. Individuals or managers who have the ability to communicate will always take their organization and themselves one step forward. If the meaning of communication is known only as words or writings, this will in fact be evidence of lack of communication. In both our social and working lives, we often ignore non-verbal communication and we refuse to analyze them. But, in order to establish healthy communication, voice tone, facial expressions and body movements are used as sources of communication rather than words. Non-verbal communication elements can be derived from natural meanings rather than words and writings. Therefore, it has become one of the main themes of this study. This research has drawn attention to the importance of the concept of image in analyzing the traces of non-verbal communication in humans. In the research part, analyzes were made in this direction. Research was conducted on private sector employees. It has been tried to understand how the employees are affected by these situations and what these effects are. The aim of the study was to draw attention to these effects which are not paid much attention in daily life. In parallel, it has been investigated how it changes in demographic characteristics. In the first three sections, literature research was conducted. In line with the aim of the study, the literature was searched and the theoretical part was formed. In the last part, the data obtained from the research are evaluated.
