Abstract (EN)
This study aims to determine, among the high school students, how the level of the students ' success is affected after school working Also, The aim of this study is the effect of after school work on the success levels among high school student show the success level of the course was affected by the working. And the perspective of the students' to school, whether she/ he was different from peers, what are their goals and expectations, how their motivation was affected and what their expectation of success was.
