Identify of the Logistics 4.0 needs with Quality function deployment method

In the recent years the concept of industry 4.0 has become more common in both national and international academic literature and in the industrial field. This new concept also called fourth industrial revolution,includes systems where more advanced automation is used , increased usage of inter-system integration ,the internet and sensors are incorporated into the manufacturing process ,combining information technologies and industry activities ,operating at lower cost and higher reliability. Its is inevitable that this new dimension gained by the industry will also affect logistics systems which is directly related to production systems.With the concept og logistics 4.0 that emerged in this way , its expected that business should go through many radical changes . In this study Quality Function Deployment method has been discussed in determining the requirements of a new logistics system which is in the process of adapting to the new process gained by industry. QFD is a customer-oriented approach that transforms customer needs into technical needs in order to increase customer satisfaction.With this study , unlikely the usage to determine what kind of logistics 4.0 requirements a logistics company needs to perform in order to have logistics 4.0 applications and to determine what are the technical improvements to be done to meet these needs. The main purpose of the study ;to present the basic features of logistics 4.0,which emerged as a new concept ,to introduce new processes designed in the scope of logistics 4.0 to a logistics company that is open to innovation but continues its logistics services with traditional methods and to make suggestions about what to do to integrate these new design into their own processes.
