Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of horizontal collaboration governance mechanisms on cooperation performance and the mediating role of logistics innovation are examined. The model developed in this context; The data obtained using the survey technique than 395 logistics companies in Turkey, Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis has been established. As a result of the analysis; formalization of collaboration governance mechanisms positively affects logistical innovation and collaboration performance; It is determined that the effects of mutual influence and cultural similarity also positively affect logistics innovation. Moreover, it is determined that logistics innovation has an intermediary (mediating) role in the effect of formalization variable on collaboration performance. In this study; It has been determined that environmental dynamism has a regulatory (moderator) role in the effect of the governance mechanisms on the collaboration performance and logistics innovation.
