Abstract (EN)

Almighty Allah has given man many blessings and, in turn, made him responsible for what he has done; He informed him that he would be held accountable for his actions and that he would be rewarded. Since man needs a guide, Almighty Allah conveyed his messages, including what they should do and what they should leave, through his prophets, and he intended to educate people and make them happy both in this world and in the afterlife. As it is possible to see this in the Qur'an in general, it is seen that this aim is intensely processed during the surah Luqman in particular. Prophet Luqman is one of the important personalities who left a mark with his personality. In a part of the Qur'an, his wisdom and advice are included and he is named after him. In the society he lived in, his reasoning power, attitudes and behaviors were met with love and respect. Lokmân's wisdom mentioned in the surah is the values inherent in every human being that he cannot always reveal. Prophet Luqman has shown how important it is for family members and society to adopt these values and act accordingly. Although Luqman (pbuh) seems to be giving advice to his son, the advice here is general and there are lessons to be learned. These are: not to associate partners with Allah, to obey parents and how the limits of this obedience should be, to have a reward for all actions - even if it is as small as a mustard seed - to order goodness and to forbid evil, to be patient in the face of negative situations. Attention has been drawn to the issues stated as the evil of arrogance towards people.
