The phenological, morphological and pomological properties of the apples were investigated. It was observed that full bloom in the grafted trees on the M9 rootstock was between 7-9 June, while full bloomin grafted trees on MM106 rootstock was between 7-10 June. Tree length and tree diameter of grafted trees on M9 and MM106 rootstock were respectively measured as 178,24cm-17,40mm and 211,83cm-21,63mm. According to conclusions of this research;128.10 g fruit weight, 87.02 N pound fruit flesh firmness, 14.33 % soluble solids content (SSC), % 0.89 titratable acidity, 3.32 pH, 13.86 mg/100gVitamin C, 64.2, 43.7 and 81.8 colour value(L*,kroma, hue) of apple tree grafted on M9 rootstock were found.128.1 g fruit weight, 87.71 N pound fruit flesh firmness, 13.33 % soluble solids content (SSC), % 0.81 titratable acidity, 3.24 pH, 15.98 mg/100gVitamin C, 62.1, 43.9 and 82.1colour value(L*,kroma, hue) of apple tree grafted on MM 106 rootstock were found. As a conclusion, It can be stated that the fruit weight and the content of SÇKM of Piraziz apple give higher values at M9 rootstock, while fruit meat hardness, vitamin C and tree characteristics give higher values at MM106.
