Abstract (EN)
In this study, Gd2O3?ZrO2, Yb2O3?ZrO2 and Tb2O3?ZrO2 films were deposited on Ag by using sol-gel dipping technique for magnet technologies, transparent solutions were prepared from Zr, Gd, Tb and Yb based precursers methanol and glacial acetic acid. The solutions were characterized using turbidimeter and pH meter. In order to determine an optimum heat treatment procerss FTIR and DTA-TG analyses were performed.According to these analyses, the obtained gel coatings were dried at 300oC for 10 min, heat treated at 500oC for 10 min and subsequently annealed at 800oC for 1 h in air. Four different solutions were prepared by changing Zr, Gd, Tb and Yb concentrations in the solutions and their effects on microstructures were scrutinized. The Gd2O3?ZrO2, Tb2O3?ZrO2 and Yb2O3?ZrO2 films were characterized through XRD, SEM/EDS, and spectrophotometer and empedance machines. As a result, the Gd2O3?ZrO2, Tb2O3?ZrO2 and Yb2O3?ZrO2 dielectric coatings were successfully produced on Ag tape substrate for magnet tecnology.
