Abstract (EN)
In machine elements design various reasons, like notch, hole or invoice level, such as the geometric irregularity or discontinuities can be found in various rounding. Sudden change in cross section and the various discontinuities of force flow, is caused by accumulation especially of stress area stress concentrations, the material properties of the size or the variety of forces may also ocur. This kind of stress concentration is considered as a notch effect in the material. The notch effect can lead to distortions a variety of materials beaks.In this study the program developed that can find the value of the notch factor with artificial neural networks. With MATLAB, the user, by entering the type of forces exerted on the shaft wiht size dimensions be able to find the value of notch factor in the calculations used. The notch factor as a result, the user can easily reach with the computer.
