Abstract (EN)
Foreign investment has become an urgent requirement for most countries of the world, especially after the laws of global trade liberalization, the communications revolution and the ease of movement of capital, and most countries of the world are trying to join the World Trade Organization to commit to openness and trade liberalization (especially customs laws). The aim of this study is to show the relationship between foreign investment and exchange rate, inflation and GDP variables, which are thought to affect foreign investments in Iraq. Time series graphics were used as a method in the research. The results showed that direct investments in the Iraq economy are more related to confidence and stability than economic parameters.
