Abstract (EN)
In this study, the terms fiscal discipline and fiscal rule have been examined and the importance of those two terms have been researched. The paper includes some related descriptions. On this purpose, some country cases have been presented. The necessity of rule implementation for Turkey has been tried to discussed, considering the economic structure. The main decision is that rule based fiscal policy is needed for the Turkish economy. This decision is just a theoretical decision.
