Abstract (EN)
The COVID-19 pandemic that emerged in China has shocked the world health-wise, sociologically, and economically. Identifying the demand-side and supply-side effects of this pandemic on the Turkish economy is essential to develop an effective fiscal policy. Our study analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on macroeconomic variables in Turkey between 2020and2022.Inthisstudy,negativetechnologyand negativeexportshocksinasmallopen country are modeled with the DSGE model, which is mostly used in the literature.
