Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACT VERY SERIOUS RANGE FROM GLUCOSE-6- PHOSPHATE DEHYDROGENASE (G6PD) ENZYME DEFICIENCY IN POPULATION RANGE FREQUENCY INVESTIGATE IN MANİSA CENTER VILLAGE Very much living community have G6PD enzyme and it is one of from the first and the most important enzymes from the Pentoz Phosphate way. It produced NADPH and Riboz-5-phosphate of the end from pentoz phosphat way. The deficiency from the G6PD enzyme, make in the activity from G6PD decreasing. This enzym deficiency is one from the hereditable illness, and come to light in very different ranges. In the world have 400 million people this illness. Very serious range G6PD enzym deficiency give the human mortal acute hemolytic anemia, for newborns with very serious range anemia give them a hereditable nonspherocytic anemia, make healty problems. From the 1604 people that residence of detrmined center^İlTağe ÖT ManTsals taken blood samples for this investigation. Fluorescent spot test apply and ascertain the population range from this people and we found a very serious range G6PD enzyme deficiency. In this sample group from 1604 people have 35 serious range enzyme deficiency and we found the enzyme deficiency frequency by men % 3,2 and by women % 1,14 and total people % 2,2. This value results is a very serious range G6PD enzyme deficiency is by men frequency evident high. In despite of sample are not so much different between the settlement unit statistics. VII
