It produced NADPH and Riboz-5-phosphate of the end from pentoz phosphat way. The deficiency from the G6PD enzyme, make in the activity from G6PD decreasing. This enzym deficiency is one from the hereditable illness, and come to light in very different ranges. In the world have 400 million people this illness. Very serious range G6PD enzym deficiency give the human mortal acute hemolytic anemia, for newborns with very serious range anemia give them a hereditable nonspherocytic anemia, make healty problems.
