Abstract (EN)

Microbial origin of mastitis, the whole world is considered to be a disease of cattle that causes the most economic loss. Clinical and subclinical character, which can be acute and chronic mastitis, yield loss in cattle, as can lead to economic losses due to product loss and treatment costs can pose a risk in terms of human health. Enterococci, thanks to a variety of virulence factors involved in the biofilm structure for people and pets can become infected. It is resistant to many antibiotics at least one of Enterococcus spp. and biofilm structure is thought to contribute to this resistance. Biofilm forming a high resistance to human health, is thought to occur in these types may pose a risk. Therefore, as is required on the subject of further research and testing. In our study, the Aydin region for the isolation of Enterococcus spp. healthy and mastitis than 100 milk samples from cattle, 9 (9%) samples were isolated as Enterococcus spp. This 9 pieces of straing biofilm structure Congo Red Agar for review (CRE) was planted. 6 (66%) strains aspect of biofilm formation was positive in 3 (33%) of the biofilm formation was not observed in the strain.
