Abstract (EN)
This research has been done in july 2015, by collecting the samples of milk from the cows in the period of lactation according to the techniques from 100 businesses and villages around aydin and bringing them to the routine identification laboratory of mikrobiology major science department in faculty of veterinary in adnan menderes university with cold chain and the Stafilococcus maintaining the biofilm have been searched according to the fenotype and genotypes. In this research 77 of the 100 samples were seen bacteriological reproduction and they were all gram pozitif. To the results in CRA, the 13 samples of the 77 (%16.8) the biofilm formation was negative however, in the rest (64 of the 77 )(%83.1) it was positive. In the pcr works, in the 28 izolats of the 64 positive biofilms (%43.7), the icaA and icaD gens were found. In 13 izolats of the 13 negative biofilms (%100) the icaA and icaD gens were both not found.
