Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research is to reveal the knowledge level of the teachers of mathematics regarding the mathematical process skills that were taught in the curriculum. The study group consists of 103 elementary school mathematics teachers who are serving in a province in the Southeastern Anatolia Region. As a data collection tool, a questionnaire was used to reveal teachers' knowledge of mathematical process skills. In the data analysis, content analysis was used and the codes generated from the teacher answers were collected under the determined categories. According to the results obtained, teachers have little knowledge about skills but lack of knowledge especially in mathematical process skills draw attention. It is therefore clear that there is a need for studies to improve the awareness and knowledge of teachers about their mathematical process skills.
