Abstract (EN)
Industrial automation and intelligent manifacturing systems have been widely used recently because of the emerging developments in embedded systems, motion control systems, actuators, sensors, microprocessors, industrial communication, computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manifacturing (CAM) tools. In this study, multi stage design approach was implemented to the mechatronic design of three axis welding positioner and also modular and systematic design criterias were considered. Also, different CAD and CAE tools were used during the design process. Kinematic - kinetic and dynamic structure of the system was analyzed. Also, performance task method was used for the trajectory planning and time history studies.
