Abstract (EN)
The lawsuits may last for long years in today's judicial system. As a solution to a problem lasts for many years, it brings with it some negative effects. In order to prevent these negative effects, interim measures are seen to be envisaged. Family and marriage institutions are the main areas where interim measure concept is important. The family institution is the main building block of the society. The family has various personal and social needs. Meeting these needs is the responsibility of family members. The most basic specification of the interim measures to protect the union of marriage is to prevent divorce. The measures to be taken are important for both spouses and children. Law No. 6284 forms the basis of the measures to be taken. On the basis of this law, women, children, family members and unilateral persistent follow-up victims who are at risk of violence may have a possibility of protection. The most basic specification of the aforementioned measures is that they are measures to be taken for the victim. It is not possible for these measures to be applied to persons who are violent or suspected of being violent.
