Legal aid in Civil Procedure Law

Legal aid in civil procedure law is described to exempt concerning person temporarily from legal costs arising from justice services provided by state. In this study, the institution of legal aid in aspect of civil procedure law is examined. In that scope in the first chapter of this study, which includes five chapters, general information concerning legal aid is given. Nevertheless, in that chapter legal aid systems in comparetive law will be provided.As a matter of right, legal aid is based on many constitutional and fundamental rights and principles. The relationship between legal aid and constitutional and fundamental rights and principles is dealt with in second chapter. Again in this chapter, the relations of legal aid with the aim of civil procedure law and the principle which are prevalent over civil procedure law will be elaborated.Information for legislation of legal aid in our legal system is given in third and fourth chapters. Legal aid in Code of Civil Procedure which sets out fundamental principles for legal aid in civil procedure, is examined in third chapter. In the fourth chapter the information on special provisions for legal aid is given.One of the main purposes of the study is to find out problems concerning legislation and function of the legal aid and to resolve that problems.
