Abstract (EN)
The aim of the research is to determine that the effect of sport programmes in media on hobits of sedanter women who live in big or small city doing sport individually.The group of the research becomes from 200 sedanter women who live in Ankara ( 100) and Tokat (100). A sorvey is applied to groups in arder to determine the level of doing sport with media and idependent samples T test and one way ANOVA and ki kare analysis method are used.The participation to the research is from women. I have an inactive life style, execpt from tv ı do exercise . the exercises on CDs are appropria te forme. I carry out the exercises on tv regularly.There hadn?t been an important difference between Ankara and Tokat because the other research value conclusions and the answers above found (P > 0,05).I can be said that according to the research conclusion age, education and income differences do not affect the watching rate of the sport programs on media, and the women who says that they have inactive life and owerweight can be that they are affected from media too much.There isn?t an important differences between Ankara and Tokat conserning media effect and life styles, it can be clearly said that the women reflect the same behaviors but genarally the women lives in Tokat are affected from media more.Key words: media, sedanter, sport,
