Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to reveal the importance of e-learning 2.0 in the education of vocational high school students. In this context, the scale of "the importance of e-learning 2.0 in education" has been developed and it has been applied to 701 vocational high school students in Merzifon, Amasya. This is a descriptive research. The sample is determined by a suitable sampling method. With the explanatory factor analysis, the scale of "the importance of e-learning 2.0 in education" is gathered in three groups-communication and active participation, perceived usefullness, interaction and individual learning. In consequence of analysis performed with the Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA), a significant difference is found according to gender, the existance of internet and personal computer at home; but no significant different is found according to class level. While it has come up to a significant difference between these three factors and the usage duration of e-learning tools such as Facebook, Wikipedia, YouTube, Instagram and Google Videos, there were no significant differences between the factors usage duration of Twitter and Google Documents tools.
