Abstract (EN)
Metal oxides are used in many electrical fields and have a wide range of applications from health to the environment and energy. This diversity has attracted the attention of scientists. Nano-sized metal oxides, especially transition metals, are produced on a laboratory or industrial scale with different production methods. The incredibly different properties of nano-sized materials are revolutionizing the world of composites. This study aims to produce metal oxide nanoparticles to be used in different application areas. Two different approaches were used to obtain transition metal nanoparticles. The first one is the solgel method and the other one is the chemical co-precipitation method. Both methods were preferred due to their advantages such as easy application, low cost, and the ability to control the nanoparticle properties at every stage. The structural and morphological properties of the materials to be obtained were investigated.
