Abstract (EN)

Electrical and optical properties of Al/Poly(pentachlorophenyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate)/PEDOT:PSS/ITO diode have been investigated using current-voltage (I-V) and ultraviolet-visible (U-V) measurements. I-V, lnI-V, logI-logV, ln(I/V)-V1/2, dV/dlnI and H(I) have been plotted by I-V measurements and the main diode parameters such as barrier height ?bo, ideality factor n, reverse saturation current Io and average series resistance Rs have been calculated. I-V characteristics have been investigated by applying thermionic emission theory and Cheung metod. The idealite factor calculations gave nearly same results. İdealite factor have been investigated by applying thermionic emission theory and Cheung method as 6.070 and 7.644 ? respectively. Optical band gap Eg have been calculated by using U-V measurements of Al/PEDOT:PSS/Poly(Pentachlorophenyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) diode and found as 4,946 eV. Absorption constant have been found depends on Eg. n and k constant have been obtaied by using Reflectance and Transmittance plot.
