This theis deals with the introduction of the famous Imam, Murtaza Al-Zabedi and his methodology of Hadeeth evaluation in his book, Ithaf Alsada Al-Mutaqeen (The Pious Imams' Revival of Religion Sciences), and the study involves four chapters and a conclusion. sceintific and cultural viewpoint and how he helped pushing forward the educational and scientific revival during his lifetime. The study also traces his name, origin, birth, growth and death in addition to his reputation among his contemporary fellow people, his scientific trips and the most important guiding sheikhs from whom he gained his knowledge, his students and compositions in various arts. The chapter also presents more information about Al-Zabedi's book, the time and reason for composing it. Moreover, it mentions the book's sources which includes Fikih, Hadeeth, rules, history, literature and explanations. Then it shows the methodology of the book as whole. It is a general book for legislation and language sciences with reference to origins of Hadeeth. After that, the study shows other explanations to revive religious sciences. In chapter two, the thesis takcles Al-Zabedi's methodology in Hadeeth sciences where different types of Hadeeth, with several application for each type, are illustrated with reference to the origin of each type so as to identify their rules to Imams. This sums up the works of Al-Zabedi with respect to agreement or disagreement of the modernizing Imams during his lifetime. Chapter three involves how Hadeeth examples are applied to the modifying reporting Imams as mentioned by Al-Zabedi in his explanation and returning to the book of Wound and Modification and History to comapre between his sayings and the saying of modernizing Imams to show the rules of Al-Zabedi and the rules of his fellow men Imams to know how he follow the laws of critical Imams in Wounds and Modifications and identify the sources which he depended upon. In Chapter four depicts Al-Zabedi's methodology in correcting and weakening of Hadeeth showing his comments on Al-Hafidh Al-Iraqi and Ibn Al-jawzi and the others in relation to the Hadeeths that they relied on or other Hadeeths that had no origins. It also shows his support for Al-Gazali and his apologies in different subjects in the book.
