An onomasiological study on the terms of the mawlawi culture cuisine

In this study, determination of kitchen terms of Mawlavi culture, explication of meanings and explication of usage forms have been discussed. In the context of the theoretical framework of the thesis, the first chapter was introduced and the general framework of the research was drawn. In the second part, information on the method of research is given. In the third chapter, some basic information about Mevlana, Mawlavi, Mawlavi cuisine and culinary culture is given. In addition, in some places informations has been visually supported with the help of pictures and photographs. In the fourth chapter, "relation between language and culture" was explained and this relation was evaluated in terms of "Mawlavi and Mawlavi cuisine". The "culture language" between the Mawlavi people (Kaplan, 2006) is mentioned in terms of "jargon" in general and "term" in general. Here, it is aimed to investigate the terms of Mawlavi culture kitchens from various sufish terms dictionaries in terms of onomasic (onomasiological) examination of what is primarily an ontology of onomasyology. In the fifth section, the definition of the term is made and some terms of the Mawlavi cuisine (a part of the Turkish-Islamic culture), which have been lost or failed to maintain or have been preserved, are listed in alphabetical order and examined as linguistic from an onomological point of view. On the other hand, the terms "in general" and "in Mawlavi" are the terms which correspond to what they mean. Whether it is countable and reasonless, or previous-next information, sub-information-super information nomenclature-like "recall words" -were called attributions?
