Abstract (EN)
In this study, AISI material is worked with TiAlN and TiN planted micro tools, and tool deformation values resulting from the micromilling process are investigated. After parameters applied, surface roughness on AISI 1045 material is mesured with MAHR-PERTHOMOTER M2 device. The study is emphasized on basic three parameters (speed of cut, feed rate, depth of cut), which are load effects on tools causing deformations on materials. Experimental studies revealed that elastic deformations are directly proportional to feed rate and depth of cut. Study also revealed that, while cutting speed increases, the tool defornations decrases.
